Using Voui

Voui gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful, non-commercial language learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Voui or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Learning content

Voui is an educational aid, not a certified course or translation service. We work to make lessons useful and accurate, but language varies by region and context, and we do not guarantee fluency, a particular result, or that every translation or explanation is error-free.

YouTube and third-party content

Some learning clips are played through YouTube and remain subject to YouTube’s terms and the rights of their respective creators. Voui does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you. Availability can change, and a clip may be removed or become unavailable without notice.

Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions in Apple’s App Store. The price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple may automatically renew the subscription and charge your Apple Account. Any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where Apple’s rules provide for that.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Voui does not cancel it. Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore eligible access. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Ownership

Voui’s app design, software, original artwork, branding, and original learning materials belong to Zolva Studios or its licensors. “Voui” and related visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Voui. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance. We do not promise that Voui or every clip will always be available or compatible with every device.

Disclaimer and liability

Voui is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Zolva Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Voui. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Ending use

You may stop using Voui at any time. We may suspend access if you materially breach these terms or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Questions can be sent to support@zolvastudios.com.
